Dubai has unveiled Skylight Mall, a new super-regional shopping and lifestyle destination on Al Khail Road that is set to open in 2027.
Dubai Retail, part of Dubai Holding Asset Management, announced the project, which will add another major retail hub to the emirate, the Dubai Media Office said.

360+ stores planned
Skylight Mall will span 1.3 million sq ft of gross leasable area (GLA) and feature more than 360 stores.
Further details on the mall’s retail brands, dining options, entertainment and other attractions are expected to be announced at a later stage.
Part of Dubai Retail’s growing portfolio
The new mall will expand Dubai Retail’s portfolio to include another major destination alongside its existing network of 58 malls and lifestyle destinations across the emirate.
The project is part of Dubai’s expanding retail and lifestyle landscape, with Skylight Mall scheduled to open in 2027.
